RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
At House of Isa, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns:
We accept the returns only if the product received in damaged, defective, or incorrect. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. To request a return, please contact our customer support team with clear images or videos of the issue. once your return request is approved, we will guide you through the return process. After the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order details.
Refunds:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
