How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your preferred product, size, and completing the checkout process. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation message.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we currently ship across India. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us before placing your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an AWB (Air Waybill) number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this number to track your order on the courier partner’s website.
What is your return policy?
We accept the product only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos. Our team will verify the issue and assist you with an exchange or return.
Will there be color differences in the product?
Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution. This is normal and not considered a defect.
